Child Policy:

Children under 12 years of age can be accommodated with parents in a bush chalet.
0 - 2 years of age Complimentary when sharing with full paying adults.
2 - 11 years of age Pay published child rate. A maximum of two children under 12 years can share with parents in a bush chalet on a sleeper couch.
12 years and older Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms. Pay full adult rates.
Children of all ages are welcome.

Luxury Self Catering Villas

Rate Includes:

Rate Excludes:

Food, drinks, snacks, condiments – The lodge is fully self-catering
Activities

Payment

All reservations booked 60 days or more in advance must be confirmed with a 50% deposit payment on confirmation.
The remaining 50% of the total quote payable is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check in time: from 14h00
Check out time: 10h00
Late check-outs will be subject to a R500 an hour (or part thereof) surcharge

Cancellatiom Policy

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing
28 days or less prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows will be charged full cancellation fees for the duration of the booking.
A 10% admin fee will be retained for cancellations made after the card has been charged.

Deposit Policy

For all bookings made within 30 days of travel
Full payment Is required within 48 hours of your booking. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa).
For all bookings made more than 30 days of travel
A 50% deposit Is required within 48 hours of your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa).

Accommodation

Includes bed, dinner and breakfast daily
Includes two activities per person per day

Chalet

Each chalet consists of 2 twin beds that can be combined as a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower
Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults

Bush Chalet

Each bush chalet consists of 2 twin beds that can be combined as a king-size bed and two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bath and a shower
Double sleeper couch
Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 16
