TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations:
All reservations, amendments and cancellations will only be accepted in writing, via email. Quotations will be provided on request for any service not specified in this price list. Such quotations are subject to adjustment if the services originally quoted are not available at the time of the booking.
Cancellation policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be levied as follows:
Cancellations done within 7 days prior to commencement of services -100% cancellation fee applicable - No Refund
No shows - 100% cancellation fee applicable - No Refund
Transfers:
The car seat is compulsory for children 3 years and under at an additional fee of R 250
Children 4 years and over are regarded as occupying a seat and will pay the adult rate
A trailer will be provided on request at a fee of R250 for an average-sized trailer and R400 for a large trailer
Mankwe Gametrackers (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the operator”) shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or article or through the acts of omissions of any supplier, whether negligent or otherwise, nor of any servant of supplier. The operator accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence of the operator, the supplier, the operator`s or supplier`s servants, save only in the case of wilful negligence or a wilful act or omission.
The operator shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of the tour however caused, except to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by the operator`s negligence. If sickness or accident interrupts a tour, the operator shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising, except where such sickness or accident was caused by the operator`s wilful act or gross negligence. The operator shall not be liable for any refund, either total or partial, of passage money paid. Mankwe Gametrackers (Pty) Ltd, recommends that the client advises their passengers to purchase appropriate insurance to protect the passengers against such eventuality.
